1. Add a new encounter if not using a check-in appt
2. Open Packet Navigation from your preferred templates and add the program
3. Click to open the 'AIMS' (BH) template from Packet Navigation
Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale Modified (AIMS) Data
1. If all are normal - Add a checkmark to the 'Default All Normal (0 or No)
2. Confirm the radio buttons in each section are marked as 0 - dental status says no.
3. Make changes to any of the radio buttons that best fits the 'Facial and Oral Movements'.
4. Make changes to any of the radio buttons that best fit 'Extremity Movements'.
5. Make changes to any of the radio buttons that best fit the 'Trunk Movements'.
6. Make changes to any of the radio buttons that best fit the 'Global Judgements'.
7. Click in the radio buttons that best fit the 'Dental Status'.
8. Click the 'Calculate Score' button.
9. Enter a comment in the comments field to elaborate more on the scoring.
10. Click the 'Generate Document' button to generate the document.
11. Review document for accuracy.
