Telephone Visits are normally scheduled or done when a patient cannot come into the clinic and when they are not able to have a successful Telehealth visit. 

Disclosure will also have to be entered into the patient note along with the amount of time that the provider was on the phone with the patient. 

Once provider has the patient on the line MA should notify Front Desk so front desk can check patient in.
