1. Click on patient look up icon at top of screen.
  2. enter part of or complete name of client and click find  button.
  3. Highlight correct patient and click  Open button.
  4. In the History panel on the right Click on New folder to open a new encounter.
    1.  Select a program box will pop up.
    2. Pick program by clicking on it.
    3. Click Ok. 

    5. Right click on new encounter and choose encounter description remarks.

  1.             Type TC (telephone call) in field then save.

    6. Do 4 point check. (Patient ,location provider , encounter).


    7.Click on the templet Icon.


   8. Select template and click ok.
