- Click on patient look up icon at top of screen.
- enter part of or complete name of client and click find button.
- Highlight correct patient and click Open button.
- In the History panel on the right Click on New folder to open a new encounter.
- Select a program box will pop up.
- Pick program by clicking on it.
- Click Ok.
5. Right click on new encounter and choose encounter description remarks.
- Type TC (telephone call) in field then save.
6. Do 4 point check. (Patient ,location provider , encounter).
7.Click on the templet Icon.
8. Select template and click ok.
