All NextGen users will need to be deactivated once Former Employee is sent from HR, EXCEPT for licensed providers.
All licensed NextGen users (Providers, Dentists, and Therapists) will be deactivated once billing has approved for them to be deactivated. This process will happen once all charges are completed for this former licensed user.
Review provider list with billing monthly until they can be deactivated.

Note: Ensure that you clear the user from any groups, clear all delegates and task before deactivating user.
