Here is the information on CURES PDMP that was implemented as a add on to NextGEn on 10/12/21 initially for 3 licenses for Dr. Propst and Dr. McDaniel’s. We then added 4 other additional provider licenses. We have a total of 7 licenses that are used as providers come and go. There also is an annual charge yearly that goes to purchasing for payment, that is under the MAT program and if moved will be moved to Medical. I have also attached a power point for review if needed that was provided during implementation.

When there is a new provider I go in and add this to the Practice of the provider and add “PDMP Gateway Role” for this to be active for our providers.
File Maintenance > Double Click Provider Name > Practice Tab > Select correct PDMP Gateway Role

When these are received since Providers cannot be deactivated until billing approves. Go in and select "none" on PDMP Gateway Role so this deactivates the PDMP license.
