PURPOSE
Before joining or during a TEAMS meeting you can access the adjustment menu to make sure you are selecting the right Audio-Video setup that better accommodates your workstation or personal preferences.
1.- Windows Master Volume
Click on the speaker icon on the right side of the desktop task bar and make sure the Windows Master Volume is not too low or muted. Adjust slider as required:
2.- TEAMS Menu
Click the 3 DOTS [●●●] on the top-right side of the application, then on the Device settings option [Gear]:
3.- Device Settings
This sub-menu is to set your Audio-Video preferences by selecting from each dropdown menu:
- Speakers
- Microphone
- Camera
Tip: After selecting your microphone you can test your voice volume level by observing the activity in the response bars.
